Amanda L Sinton
Amanda Sinton believes strongly in educating injured workers about their rights under the PA Workers' Compensation Act.
Amanda is a graduate of Penn State University and a cum laude graduate of The University of Pittsburgh School of Law. While at PSU, she was heavily involved in the leadership of her service sorority and led many charitable drives for children. She worked at BS&H while in law school and joined the firm in 2001.
Amanda has a strong background in hearing loss litigation, helping our clients receive workers' compensation benefits for industrial hearing loss. She also handles general workers' compensation litigation. She has appeared on behalf of the firm and its clients before many Judges throughout the region, as well as the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board. Amanda also is a speaker at the firm's seminars for unions and the general public.
Amanda, her husband and three children live in Cecil, PA.
